Industrial Lamps

Industrial Lamps is an interesting phrase used to describe quite a variety of lamps including steampunk, vintage, industrial, antique. I don't believe the terms are always used to accurately convey the lamp itself - especially when it comes to steampunk which by definition is to refer to steam powered technology. Looking at steampunk lamps prevalent on the internet you would think if refers to anything made with iron pipe or anything with gears, lenses, brackets, bulbs, or gauges. By that expanded definition, could these engine cutaway lamps be referred to as steampumk?
